Ms. Deborah A Bellamy On Phone To Hud Indiana Service
My name is Deborah and I have given my Section eight case manager a request to move into a lower level apartment and I have supplied a Doctor's Statement. My apartment complex has agreed to cancel my current lease and start a new lease and allow me to move into a lower level apartment. I was told by my case manager and her supervisor that a doctors statement does qualify as a reason to allow me to change units. Since the beginning of the year I have been in the hospital due to my illness and I need to know if their decision is right.
