Your customer service number is absolutely useless to me as a customer. The automated teller comes on and asks for THE area code and number. To what? I tried the same number I called and it asked then for a pin ? How am I suppose to know that? All I wanted is to know where to send my Form 56. It is suppose to go to The Department of Treasury Internal Revenue Service in Fresno, CA. I need the zip code.

I've contacted your office per the supplied phone number in your letter at least ten times after the check was returned to you by the post office. 5. Every time I call this number Ii get a different answer regarding the status of the refund. Bottom line is that every time I call I get the same answer 'wait four weeks, and if you do not receive the check, give us a call back'.
7. I'd like an update as to when I will be receiving my deceased sister's refund check. This return was electronically filed on April 9th, 2017. This will be nearly six months ago, and I keep getting the runaround 8.
