This is the second time I'm sending a complaint. I purchased your Copper Fit Step RX last part of May 2016. It worked fine for about a month and now it keeps resetting itself so I have to redo time, year, month and day. By doing this I lose all my step info. The miles do not register any more. Where do I get my money back? It wasn't worth the money I spent. Thank you.
