Mr. Eugene A Davis On Phone To Iowa Workforce Service
I have been informed that I was supposed to call or have a fact-finding interview near the end of July of 2016. I do not recall receiving an notice or phone call, but my failure to acknowledge this alleged notification has resulted in my unemployment benefits being denied for June 9th and 16th of this current calendar year. I would like to submit that there would have been no reason that I would have been denied had I called or attended a fact-finding meeting, and my denial of benefits this calendar year is arbitrary and biased for an unfair ruling. If necessary, I wish to request this decision be submitted for appeal. It is best to contact me via my email, as my phone does not always ring or take messages.
