I have had an account for two months now and still haven't received my card. I called last month and the lady I spoke with was very nice and helpful. She told me that it was returned and that she would reissue the card and that she would make sure it wasn't showing as a late payment and also would adjust my payment date. I am extremely unhappy with the service provided at yourstore 3351 5630 seven mile dr, Wildwood, fl. I have call the store several times, but am unable to reach a person that can tell me when my fan will be installed. The worst part is that they put me on hold and then hang up without a single word. This store is very disorganized as no one seems to know their job. I love Lowes and I have an account, but this experience has driven me back to Home Depot, as their service is much better. I may return the Fans (3) as I purchased them on the 8th of May and paid for the installation service, but have not heard a word as to when they will be installed. Help.
