For the 2nd time, I do not have my Economist and Sun local newspaper this Thur. The delivery person just throw the newspaper along the boulevard of our street and any passer by people can pick them up, leaving us the residence not have our copies. This Thur is my 2nd time without my local newspaper, and there is no reason that I take my neighbor's. Hence, I need to report to you how the deliverer on my street does his job. He drives and throw the newspaper outside his car's window so he does not have to place them right at our doorsteps. Not sure if this delivery standard is acceptable to your company? But as a customer, I am not happy at this practice, especially this is the 2nd time.

I am a Markham Resident and I live at 2294 Bur Oak Avenue. I am writing to ask why we do not receive the delivery of the Markham Economist and Sun. This has happened frequently over the time I have lived here which is eight years. During the winter we were receiving the flyers via van which put them at the garage in the lane way, then delivery stopped again at the end of April and there has been nothing since. It seems that there is a problem with carriers for this area and delivery occurs for a few months then it stops. The last time it stopped it did so for almost a year. I am missing out on all the flyers, Markham info magazines etc. As well as the Markham Econimost and Sun news. Could you please look into this and have delivery resumed and be consistent. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Another non delivery Time to voice our frustrations

Delvery of the weekly E and S papers and flyers have been very inconsistent and unsatisfactory and even non delivery like today again We used to get them at our door steps by latest thursday evenings. Nowadays we are lucky to see them on friday evenings. Many of the promotions offered would have ran out of stock by Saturday mornings. We are elderly retiries and avoid the weekend crowds for our own safety and look forward to catching up on whats happening around our lovely city. We live in the north west corner of Kennedy and 14th Ave area. How do we get this week's paper and flyers that we did not get, or is there a contact number we can cal right away?

The Markham Economist and Sun Newspaper was not delivered yesterday at all. Still is NOT delivered today. Last week, it was delivered after 6pm sometime. It was left in the street gutter. It was snowing. Luckily I happened to look out for it and saw it. It does not seem to working with the current delivery person. It is not reliable at all.
