I have a Maryland Gazette paper box, but the deliverer insists on throwing it on the ground. (just a few feet from the box). I have two rain downspouts that empty into the driveway, and the paper is bound to get wet. It would be so much easier for me (an 84 year old woman) to reach in the box, than stoop to pick it up from the ground. If this can not be changed, then just stop my paper altogether. Norma.

I call every week re: delivery of md gazette. It is never on the porch as requested, except for a few occasions. This week i did not receive a paper, period. Very, very dissatisfied with this service and want it corrected. I have spent too much time on the phone, always with the reassurance it will be correct. Well, it has not been. I am disabled and unable to walk down the hill to retrieve my paper or climb under a bush. Please correct immediately and i would like my saturday paper delivered as soon as possible.
