I purchased a pair of Miss Me Jeans from buckle almost six mos ago and the bottom ripped out on me by the pocket. I have several pairs of Miss Me Jeans and have never had this issue so I believe I purchased a defective pair. Either way with spending $120. 00 on your brand they should have never split like that.

It is very difficult writing this. I wish to exchange two pairs of Miss Me Jeans my store would not take them back after the pair both split in the butt by the pocket. Each pair was close to 200 dollars. And only a few weeks old only been through a few wash cycles. I only wear Miss Me Jeans as they are my favorite. I have been hanging on to these two pairs for about six months now and decided to do something about it. I have phots of the rips. I will enclose them with this email. I am a single mom and I work two full time jobs to afford the things I like. I wish to return these jeans for unripped ones please. Thank you Deborah Little.

I paid over $300 for items through missme.com and have yet to receive my order which I placed over a month ago. For the past two weeks I've emailed and called customer service numerous times, each of which assured me order has been shipped OR that I should have received order by now. Neither has happened and I'm extremely furious. I was asked if I would like refund, but just as I told sales representatives I do NOT want refund just simply to receive the order I placed and paid in full for. Unfortunately, nobody answers the phone or returns a call at this number. I've been trying to contact since last Friday. At first, I tried the number provided in their email (888-780-3029). I've also tried this number (877-600-7351). Sizing is very variable. While the detailing on the jeans are unique, the sizing is very variable. It is difficult to be a customer when you can not exchange for a different size.
