Ms. Kimberly Kaplan On Phone To New Hampshire Highway Patrol Service
June 6th Kimberly Kaplan was involved in a car accident a man named Timothy Gonsalves Portsmouth NH by state liquor store. Report was taken I caused the accident, when asked by Timothy what happened stated I was in left lane had my blinker on going slow switched into the right lane and we clashed into one another. But when we hit his car caused me to spin around a bit and wound up down in the grass area. I would like the report changed not my fault believe Timothy caused the accident and not me as he admitted to the officer Eric Willett that he did see my blinker on saw that I was merging over, but claims it was my fault. I do not want it to go to my insuranace as being my fault, and do not want to have to pay for Timothy's damages as he should be paying for my. I do not agree to what ever was written by Willett. Please get back to me in my e-mail at alexkimberly04@hotmail.com. I am hoping that this can be changed. I disagree Thank you Kimberly Kaplan .
