Hello, my name is Stephen Harrison i live in new zealand i have now had three nissan navara utes over the last nine years, they are a great ute. My last one is a 2018 st. I complained to agent here in Egypt, but they told me that the spare parts is guaranteed only for 5000 km or three months. Is that logic? I have raised a complaint to Nissan South Africa regarding a manufacturing fault we find in the Nissan NP200 vehicles. I cannot accept the feedback from your engineers in South Africa advising that the problem in the petrol tank encountered is a standard specification and how the vehicle is made. The huge Petrol thumping sound we hear when we drive the vehicle, is not normal and definitely never heard of in any other vehicle I have driven in my life. Good day Nissan I recently bought a 2015 Nissan Xtrail Hybrid out of Japan doing 20000 kilos from SBT Japan and started having transmission problem very early. To reverse out my yard i have to mash the pedal almost to the floor to get it moving, but will move easy in EV mode and work well in the forward motion, but now at 40000 kilos i cannot go forward nor backward because the transmission has failed completely I did a diagnostic scan on it and got a po775 error code I contacted two transmission shop to have it repaired, but they do not have any information to work so i have to buy a new one. how come i break it? it dropped off the ceiling without even touching it and there is no even a scratch on it
obviously its a manufacturing defect or indurability of this piece why i have to pay for something i did not break. i work as general surgeon and i know how to drive a car

So many that a class action suit was filed. It looked like there may have been some kind of agreement up to a certain mileage that Nissan would pay something after 3000. 00 dollars. Even with the so called warranty you put in place most vehicles were still past the mileage. The majority of complaints were well after the mileage Nissan had set. If all these people online with complaints filed, class action suit, YouTube videos you are well aware it's your product. It made me sick to my stomach to know I have to pay 3000. 00 more dollars that I do not have two days after buying vehicle that clearly has an ongoing problem that your company is well aware and then find out you do not stand by your product
