I bought a NOKIA Lumia 625 from Carphone Warehouse less than two months ago. Now it has been already two times in this week that the phone shuts down and cannot be turn on though having enough charge. The first time, i attempted charging it, but nothing happened. It stayed dead for the whole day. The next day, i plugged it again and was successfully charged, but from the beginning, as if it had completely discharged before (which it wasn't). Yesterday, the same happened, but also i noticed that while it was dead (in spite of being appropriately charged), it started warming up inside. At night I tried to charge it with success this time. Also the screen showed a charging process as being from 0 charge (which wasn't the case before it shut down automatically that day). It stopped being warm as I started charging it. I do not understand which the problem is. but considering this is a new phone and i have made a correct use of it. I expect you to replace it for me. Thank you.
