On 4/6/15 I purchased an LG Fridge. On 9/1/17 my refrigerator stopped working. I purchased your extended warranty. On 9/2/17 I called your Pacific Sales warranty team to file a claim. It took four days for someone to come and tell me it was a sealed systems issue and they were not authorized to repair it. It took another two weeks for you people to tell me you couldn't find anyone that was certified to fix the sealed systems issue with an LG Fridge and my fridge would either be replaced or I would be reimbursed. Today is 9/26/17 and there is no resolution. I have an infant and a toddler in the home and no fridge for almost a month now Shame on you for treating your customers this way during a HOT summer month Every time I call your warranty division I am told an email has been sent to the department that is handling my case. I can not believe you get away with treating people this way. This is not a dryer issue, it is a REFRIGERATOR. The MOST important necessity in any home.
