Ang haba na po ng pila sa Hypermarket Western Union. Nag iisa lang teller at ang bagal pa. Anong oras na? Yung customer service ninyo wala namang sumasagot.
I would like to complain your three(3) staff including their supervisor in Global Pinoy in SM Bicutan Bldng A. All of them is not doing there job properly, you will not get the full guest member satisfaction with their style of service and attitude. They do not even greet you when you arrived and smile. When you ask for the coffee they will serve after ten mnts because they are busy watching on their computer provided by SM the movie. YouTube, fb and even chatting, on their cellphone. Also in my observation as a regular visitor they are also using some regular old male guest to (bolahin, utuin) just to buy them a food or drinks and sometimes they were just asking for the money for the old man to let them the one who will just buy. Please kindly observe and do the utmost action on this matter.
