May i bring to your attention my Samsung Plasma TV which i brought for repair to one of your service centners located here in Trancoville, Baguio City, Philippines. My unit was received and diagnosed last June 18, 2016 and until now, it has not been received. Everytime, i visit the service center, a certain Mr. Gill always claim that i come back next time. Many times i also call his cellphone for an update, but he does not answer his cellphone. I hope your prestigious company can give this matter your preferential attention. I am bringing this to your attention with the hope this be given proper consideration. Thank you.

Could you please contact me this week end so that I may be able to get help from you since my smart TV Samsung always go on a mute which is a hindrance while watching TV or movies. We are here in the Province of Catanduanes which is a far away province from Manila. We bought three units of Samsung TV last February, 2016 and the smart TV has this problem which is oftentimes automatically go on a mute without even touching the remote. I insisted before they repaired my phone to better replace it with a new one since I just purchased it. And now I was not wrong. I'm going back to the service center again in SM Cebu for another problem. This is not right. You guys better respond with this. I purchased an S7 Edge phone from Robinsons Galleria Cebu last April 18, 2016. But the LCD was defective and was found out a month aftr since there was an error popping out already. It was repaired, but its so disappointing since I just found out that there's another problem with the phone. Headset port is not working. It's broken. Am I not eligible to be replaced with a mew device? this is so UNACCEPTABLE. I payed for it.

hello.my husband and i bought today a samsung s7 at trinoma samsung. when my husband's card cannot get through,i gave my card to the sales associate named Norelyn Lambau. i saw her swiping my card withiut even asking me how many months. i told her she should ask me first before swiping it. then she started to bang the card swiper swiping my card many times. i told her to be take it slow. she was giving me the face and the arrogant attitude telling me she was talking to my husband not me. is this how your employees treat customers? i told her to go home instead. she needs to be given a disciplinary action. this kind of treatment is not acceptable to me.

Hi I'm so disappointed with my led smart TV. The audio out port is square type not headset like type. It's czlled digital audio optical out. I do not understand this thing because I'm used only to red and white speaker connection. Please help I want to connect my TV to a speaker because I am not satisfied with the loudness of the TV using the minimum volume because I do not want to increase the volume to beyond 20. My TV is only one wk old and it hurt sme because it didn't satisfy me when it cost so much. What should I do?
