I bought a Samsung mobile M30S on 6/12/2019 and used the device for two days only and the device overhears in a call that does not exceed five minutes and overheats very high if use games less than ten minutes
I contacted Samsung egypt and they informed me that the device should delivered to the Samsung service center to check the overheats issue
I delivered the device on 10/12/2019 to Samsung service center and asked to return the device and get back my money till now no response
I contacted the company more than once without any response, every time informed me they waiting the management feedback. Thanks

I am writing to inform you if the disgraceful customer experience I have been going through with your office in Alexandria, Egypt locates in Roshdy, Syria Street. Over two months ago I sent my mobile for repair as the screen was damaged, and was advised with a particular fee. On going to the branch to inquire about updates, I was informed that the fee would increase to about double the original amount I was told and that the mobile’s back and screen need to be changed. The customer service rep deliberately broke the mobile’s back and would not acknowledge his mistake As you know the back includes a serial number which is unique to each mobile. I have bought a S9+ about seven months. My phone number is +91 98400 71318 and 73973 99999 )two chips). This phone has been giving several problems. For example incoming calls, when I try to accept, many times, the phone does not respond inspite of repeatedly pressing the button. Number of unread SMS does not appear on the home screen, most of the times. As a result, i am unable to know and read these messages promptly. Similarly, the Whats app also does not show unread message, not the emails. Some times, video being played from whatsapp, does not stop inspite of pushing the button- arrow changes, but video continues in sound. I am a director in GIMPEX PVT LTD Chennai, with international business and always buy top end phones. I can seldom afford this kind of problems. Your Indian people are not responding properly. Pl assist me in getting a replacement phone as this phone is still under warranty. I do not want any repairs etc. Warm regards,

I would like to give you my experience as loyal customer from long time ago the first thing i did preparing for my marriage i decided to buy Samsung TV Curved UHD 55 inch, i visited Samsung store here in Cairo, Egypt, the sales man suggested TV curved and assured that it will be a value added, when i asked him to transport the TV he refused and insist that you can transported by your car assuring rigid and well protected, when i went home we open the TV we found a big dark area in the screen, i called the call center and advised that it's an internal crack in the screen, and it would cost me 11k to get it fixed so i went to warehouse and the manager said we can not take any screen bigger than 32 inch as it can be broken and advised that this kind of screen specially the curved one needs a special shipping condition,
i hope we can find a solution to gain our trust in a big company again, i trust your judgment

On 23 Feb. 2017 I bought a Galaxy J5 2016 single SIM, which from the first moment had a problem in 3G(only) operation. On all calls the line is cut. After three months and three visits at the service the problem remains. The problem was also found by technicians of the Customer Service Center. In the latest communication with them they are asking me to carry the device to the service for one more time and perform a TEST (myself) with the technicians in order to find out the problem ALREADY BEEN FOUND and keep the device there for unknown period I would also like to mention that I have been waiting for the Galaxy S8, but after the bad experience I had I do not think I would buy it. I have bought Samsung Mobile Note eight from Etisalaat and while purchasing the mobile i was informed that Note eight would automatically get a VIP services. I contacted I2 who is guaranteeing the mobile two days ago to ask them to fix my screen. They were very unhelpful and they mentioned that i should have registered on their website. I mentioned that this was not told to me before and i should get the VIP service based on the day of my purchase. I am a Samsung user as well as all my family. I should not be treated this way; especially, when buying an expensive device. I was promised that on the next day someone will call me to fix the issue; unfortunately, no one approach me till now. I see this very offensive even when i offered to pay partial price of the device repair despite that i do not see a point in registering my name as there is no cost addition for the VIP service.

Sub: My representation to Samsung India- Problems in Split AC. I invite your attention to defects in the Samsung SPLIT AC purchased six yrs back in India which was giving continuous problem right from the beginning. I represented to Samsung India about various problems faced by me which I felt was due to a manufacturing defect. I had to replace gas twice within warranty period, the compressor also failed within warranty period. Even after compressor was replaced FOC, it failed again just outside the warranty period. I had to spend lots of money for servicing the AC each time such as gas filling, labor charges and others. Samsung India has not given a fair hearing and I have now done repair on my own spending almost half the AC cost for repair. Samsung India has taken this light in the way they responded. I would like to know if Samsung HQ would step in else I would be constrained to seek remedy through a consumer forum for the monies spent and for the mental agony undergone.
