Hello,
I am writing to you to inform you that your Shell gas station at 70 Westmount Rd N. Waterloo is stealing air miles. In early December some points were missing then later in December over $100 worth of air miles points were also taken. I save my air miles for bigger items. I never use them in convenience sore or for gas. I contacted Air Miles and they after reviewing our account recognized that this was NEVER my practice to redeem in this way. They gave me back my points

I have all receipts and Air Miles print out. On the receipts of the theft you can see that the vendor took my points after my purchase. If they have done this to me then they are doing this to others. All of their books need to be audited as many other people likely have unknown points stolen as well. I monitor my Air Miles many do not. If you need copies of my receipts please contact me. They are out and out thieves Thank you

Good morning,
May 11, 2018 I purchased gas in Nepean (Ottawa ON Canada) transaction 4713944. I received extremely rude service from the cashier, (name badge - Panj?). He was on his cell phone the entire time he was processing my payment and when I asked about a car wash he continued to talk on his cell phone and just motioned to the prices behind him. I had a second question about car washes and he actually apologized to the person he was on the cell phone with. Ironically, he was complaining about customer service on his cell phone I said that he should be paying attention to customers and he said he had showed me the prices of car washes and did not want to "repeat and repeat and repeat". At a minimum, employees need to be doing the jobs they are paid to do and need to be respectful. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I am sure that customer service must be important to Shell. Thank you.

I think it's B/S when a station on wye road in Sherwood park alberta is raising their gas prices by 15 cents a liter every night from around 9:00 until nine ish the next morning. I have a fleet of ten or so vehicles and will no longer buying fuel for any of them through shell for this reason. I feel that certain station owners are gouging customers and for that reason I will use other stations than Shell.
