Hello: I got my new TD INFINITE card today which was about six weeks before I expected it. I've been trying to get through to your help line (1-800-983-8472) all day to let you know I do not want this card any more and want to revert to the "NO FEE" CASH BACK card I had before. I won't be activating this new card at all, but am concerned I will be charged the $120. 00 user fee anyway. Can you please make sure I'm not charged the fee for the upcoming year and I'm issued the "NO FEE" Visa card instead? I can mail the card back to you if you wish, but was planning on just cutting it up. Thanks for your help. Robert McMorland/Kamloops, B. C.

I had funds taken out of my account without any judgment or garnishment. Besides this, this account is over six years old and I became permanently disabled and the balance protection insurance claim was approved and paid in full. I have letters to prove this. Then after six or seven years they take over $6m out of my bank account. I am sick over this.
