since wages went up its so slow takes you 20 min in morning to get a coffee five of us used to go there every morning. They are short staff every day. One on each cash. One on sandwich center like what the hell. To cheap to pay employes. I hurd owner is in florida, but they cut back the staff what is wrong with that. McDonald is faster. Its so slow there now something needs to be done. Short staff sincewages went up doesn't look good.
My complaint again is with the Tim Hortons at 2720 Military Rd. In Niagara Falls, N. Y. 14304. This location does not have working air conditioning The heat index outside is over 100 degrees this week and it is unbearable inside; not only for the customers, but especially for the employees All you need is for someone to get hurt from passing out and there will probably be a BIG lawsuit I can not believe Tim Hortons lets their employees work under these conditions This is the same problem they had last year. Call in a professional to repair it correctly.

Tim Horton's is not what it used to be. Just recently I've been at a Tim Hortons in Lasalle on Newman Boulevard and the place is in shambles. Service is awfull, not clean with lots of dishes all over the container boxes, washroom is dirty with hand blow dryer not working, toilet blocked and students sitting at tables taking a persons place who paid to drink or eat and can not sit down. People just sit aound and chat not taking anything. I would go to a competitor right away if a donut shop would open. I have been a loyal and frequent Tim Horton's customer for many years now and have likely spent thousands of dollars in Timmy's around Ontario. In the last year I have noticed a decline in the flavor of the French Vanilla coffee. I am no longer happy with my experiences with Timmy's and plan to find somewhere new to buy an enjoyable French Vanilla. I thought I should tell you of the decline in the quality of this product and if it is because the individual franchise owners turn down the amount of powder added to each individual cup. I visited one of your Tim Hortons restaurants on Saturday, September 16, 2017 at approx. 10:45am at Five Mile/Merriman. I came in contact with an unprofessional host on drive thru who was rude, nasty, condescending and arrogant. I left without ordering due to she very unprofessional service. I went inside to speak with a manager only the find out that she was the manager and she name that she give me was Ashley. I am appalled to find out that Tim Hortons hire managers of low class and professionalism. So, more than likely she is training all Tim Hortons staff under her leadership to act the same way. I have warned everyone on my social media pages to not visit that Tim Hortons due to the BAD SERVICE they will received. I truly hope that Tim Horton will replace her with someone of respectable character. Christina .

I need to speak with someone about my experience today while trying to return a defective coffee maker I received as a gift 2. five to three months ago, while using it today it spewed out coffee grinds, then a blast of hot water which resulted in me burning my hand and one finger badly. The girl at the location stated she had to contact her supervisor, did not ask about my hand, and came back to tell me after keeping me waiting 15 minutes that she could not exchange it because I did not have the receipt, it was a gift and I had not been given the receipt. I still may have to go the hospital to get my hand checked as one finger has a huge blister on it and is quite painful. I was very disappointed that there was no one to speak with at the Corporate level today, as mishaps do not happen Monday - Friday.
The Tim Hortons on 100-200st, Langley, Customer service was very bad, I ordered a Chicken salad and they gave a Chicken on a Crouton bun. They were rude and did not provide me with a receipt. I tried to approach the manager, but she ignored me. The transaction number as per my credit personnel is number:2771 and the amount charged was $4. 92. I spoke to the staff about a Tim Hortons app and they said they were not aware of any Tim Hortons app.

Good afternoon, I'm a regular at the Tim Horton at Pine Tree, this morning I had ordered my French Vanilla through my phone and when I got there it was not ready. I had to wait ten minutes before I was served. Plus one of the employees there Aaron is extremely slow and seems to be in a panic when the line starts to get longer, while this is happening no one is helping him. I do understand that it is the kind of business you have. Normally if you'd see one of your employee struggling, someone would help, but that is not the case at this store. I recently participated in the coffee punch card and had a free coffee, but when I went to present the card showing the free coffee that I was entitled and since it was past June 30 the deadline the Tim Horton's employee would not honor it even though it was only five days after June 30 2017 I was alittle mad and probably should have asked for the manager. Why was I denied a free coffee after I purchased nine coffees and the 10th was free? Does not make sense.
I visited store 1556 I questioned why they had again run out of food among other complaints because this store has become run down unclean and always getting orders wrong. I was then yelled at by a supervisor and after I gave them a bad review on your customer service website, I was then issued a letter of no trespassing order to this location. I have been a long time Tim Hortons customer and this leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. Tim Hortons Dixie Mall Outlet Mall, 1250 Service Rd Unit 76, Mississauga, ON L5E 1V4: I ordered two small coffees today and the machine charged me with $3. 13 instead of $3. 12 (1 small coffee is $1. 56 including HST). When i pointed this out to the employees they told me that it comes up automatically, this is how the machine is set up. This is not right.
