She was to give the money to my son- Filse Lesi, a student of Marist Brothers High School, to buy his phone. With the trust that this money would be given to my son. HI. I RECHARGED LAST WEEK THURSDAY WITH $25 RECHARGE CARD. I DID MY WEEKLY PLAN ONE WEEK BEFORE ON MONDAY AND IT WAS SUPPOSED TO EXPIRE ON seven DAYS. ON FRIDAY NITE AT 10. 30 I CHECKED MY DATA, IT SAID 373MB WAS LEFT. I ONNED MY MOBILE DATA THEN AFTER two MINUTES 10. 32PM A MASSAGE CAME YOUR ACCOUNT BALANCE IS LOW. I CHECKED MY $25 NORMAL MONEY WAS ALL DEDUCTED. HOW CAN THIS HAPPEN PLIZ EXPLAIN. I LODGED THE COMPLAIN AT NADI VODAFONE STORE WITH CUSTOMER CARE AND THEY SAID THEY WILL E MAIL ME AFTER CHECKING WITH THEIR TECHNICIAN, STILL NO REPLY. WHAT SHALL I DO KNOW. CAN SOMEONE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AND RE IMBURSE MY NORMAL MONEY. $25 RECHARGE I COLD HAD DONE MONTHLY PASS. PLEASE SEEKING HELP SOMEONE
