This is very confusing as a customer, the cashiers should be giving all receipts to customers, and I know you can look it up as I worked in retail and so did my husband, I am very saddened by my experience in Welland and I think the employees need to be better informed and better trained. It's not the first in Welland I have had problems once I asked someone for help they put their hands in air and said sorry I am going on lunch. Another said sorry not my department and did not offer to find someone. Often I go in and can not find a worker to any department that is willing to help. Part two of four, this might be it though.

Hi thank you for your time, I bought a pair of Jeans last Friday and know the approximate time, they did not fit, and sadly the cashier did not give me my receipt. Being a busy mom of two kids under three years I didn't notice that she did not give it to me. I had been around the whole store and there was nothing else I wanted to buy. I called when I got home and realized they didn't fit. The customer service rep on the phone said as long as they knew the day of purchase they could look up the receipt for a refund as I could not exchange for a bigger size. So my husband brought it in this morning before work and they wouldn't look it up or refund it only give a credit for the 16. And change. So I called to speak with a manager of fashions. When she got on the phone said no it's not possible and was very rude and hung up on me. Part one of 4.
