I’m tired of no one responding I have had Rush Card for over ten years. I know we have a virus going around, but to respond and have my money hostage is messed up. I need a replacement card so I can reset my pin. I have been calling and emailing Rush Card and no response. I have a couple thousand dollars in my account and can’t touch it. If i don’t get anyone real soon I will get my lawyer involved. You lock me out of my account and suspended my account I cannot access anything.
On 5/29/2018 I placed order with lucky vitamin in the amount of 15. 66 through Paypal which say was returned to my account which I can not get to my Rush Card account online to see. When I call it's a 0 balance I would like help with changing my past word and username.
435-229-4883 I have tried to get help from Rush Card I have been a customer since 2010 here under my marrted name in saint George Utah and ten years before that I was recently a victim of identy theft and now the bank is not sending me anew debit card even though i am the one that reported the theft I have sent well faxed the nessecary documents needed and the keep telling me they have never received anything I tellthem I havethe confirmation number with their ok on it I still am not getting any help they wont transferr me to dispute, verification or any of the following I even sent them a documented letter from the government with my new address I guess if someone doesn't respond to this I will be making a federal claim against Rush Card.

I am VERY UNPLEASED with the service I have received in the resent past months in regards to my direct deposits of my monthly payroll as well as my yearly tax refund which has been going into my account since 2011. I faxed over documents in regards to my name change back to maiden name only dropped my married name which I added to my maiden name no other changes were made. My address, employer has always been the same. I was never informed that the documents I faxed over weren't readable or clear via email, mail or phone call, I again spoke with several different people and got put on hold for extremely long times, finally after speaking with what I was told was a supervisor "which spoke to me very rudely" what I needed to fax yet again(Birth Certificate, Social Security Card, and Florida Drivers License all with my Name)Never was I told to also provide my marriage license or my husband death certificate in order to change my name.
My complaint is that I have not received my new Rush Card and I have given my update information and it's been a week and I have bills due. I have bills that are late due to I have not receive my new Rush Card.

I am appalled that Rushcard had decided to upgrade their system in a procedure that was supposed to take five hours on Monday. It is now Wednesday and I do not access to my account, the website, mobile app, and customer service number have all been shut down.
