Jacques Rogge is a
Belgium Sports administrator and Orthopedic Surgeon. He was born on May 2, 1942 in Ghent, Belgium. He completed his graduation at the
University of Ghent. From year 1989 to 1992, he served as the president of the Belgian
Olympic Committee and from year 1989 to 2001, he also served as the president of the European Olympic Committees. In year 1968, 1972 and 1976 summer Olympics,
