Big Beaver Road in Troy. The Forbes Company and Frankel Associates own the mall. The mall was revamped, renovated and renamed as Somerset Collections. Somerset South Collections came to existence in 1992 and Somerset Collections North was set up in 1996. The two malls at North and South are connected by 700 ft bridge gives you a moving “Skywalk” experience over Big Beaver Road.
