Alberto Villoldo is a psychologist and Author who was born in Cuba. He holds a bachelor's degree in Inter-American Studies (1969), a master's (1972), and a doctorate in psychology. Alberto Villoldo has studied the shamanic healing practices for over 25 years wherein a practitioner reaches altered states of consciousness in order to encounter and interact with the spirit world and channel those transcendental energies into the world. Alberto Villoldo is also the founder of 'The Four Winds Society' which trains individuals in the practice of energy medicine.
