Anand Kumar is an educationalist and mathematician of India. He was born on 1 January 1973 in Patna, Bihar. Anand Kumar is popularly known for his educational program Super 30. Super 30 was launched in 2002 and teaches and trains economically backward students for IIT-JEE, free of cost. Anand Kumar has been honored with many awards and has been named as one of the top pioneering teachers of the world by Monocle, a UK based magazine. His work has also been showcased in a Discovery Channel documentary.
