Governor of Balochistan serves as the constitutional head of the provincial government in Balochistan province of Pakistan. Mr. Muhammad Khan Achakzai became the 23rd governor of Balochistan on 11 June 2013. The post of governor of Balochistan was established on 1 July 1970 by the then President Yahya Khan. Some of the districts under the province comprise Gwadar, Kharan, Kalal, Panjgur, Washuk and Quetta.
