Louise Arbour is a Canadian judge. She was born on February 10, 1947 in Montreal, Quebec and is the former justice of the Canadian Supreme Court. She has also served as the High Commissioner for Human Rights from 2004 to 2008 at United Nations. Louise Arbour was appointed as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the International Crisis Group in 2009.
