Good day I would like to lodge a claim on an hit and run incident happened to me in 2007. This incident happened when i didn't have an ID document. I had a lot of complications with receiving my ID thus i only received it in 2011. By the time wanted to lodge a claim for RAF i was told that my claim had already expired. I got an injury on my right leg and have been affected badly as i couldn't work anymore. Till today i still struggle to walk long distances or standing for a long period without feeling any pain. This accident has affected my life badly as i am umemployed and survive on my sassa Sdr grant (R350). Your help will be highly appreciated.

Hi I have a question is it possible, my young sister got eccident I think is 13yrs by now, she was under age the could pay her full amount, but she was getting monthly, the promised that when she turn 21 they will pay her all the balance, she turned 21 6ys ago she claimed for her money, but they rejected her to get full amount of the money she was supposed to get it, what is really happening is they are paying R3100 monthly and there was a out that she got paid after the claims was succefully the only thing they say if she need something she need to tell them so they pay for all the cost, but since I had the case of accident I never accros such things most ppl got paid thir full amount, but for my young sister is been paid monthly like a salary of 3100.
