Rodney Alexander is a politician based in America. He was born in Bienville Parish, Louisiana, USA on December 5, 1946. His full name is Rodney McKinnie Alexander. He joined the Democratic political party in the year 1988 and left the party in the year 2004. In the same year, Rodney Alexander joined the Republican political party. Rodney Alexander was elected as the Secretary of the Louisiana Department of Veterans Affairs and assumed office on September 30, 2013. He also served as the Member of the Louisiana House of Representatives from the 13th district and remained in the office from 1988–2002. Rodney Alexander pursued his education from Jonesboro-Hodge High School and then moved to Louisiana Tech University and University of Louisiana at Monroe for higher studies. He also worked in US Air Force Reserve from 1965–1971.
