On the eleventh of March, 2018, my green dot mastercard got hacked for over $850 US dollars. I reported it immediately when I found the error on the morning of March 11, 2018. The lady with whom I spoke with (she said her name was Amy) said three times that I would receive my money back on March 20, 2018. When March 20, 2018 arrived and my money did not get put back on my card, I called again to see what happened. I was told that in ten days I would get an email to this address-elaine57royster@yahoo.com- and still I have not heard from anyone in your company. I filed a written report, sent it to Pasadena, California, and have heard nothing about my hard earned money.

Good evening my name is Marlyn Wright I recently called your customer service to report my card lost on 07/26/2018 an reported three transactions that wasn't of my knowledge. I got a phone call from the greendot team on 08/01/2018 the subject was the transactions I was disputing on the card ending 8293. The issue that I'm having is that when she called me on 08/01/2018 is that she said my card will take seven to ten business days from that date. In my mind I'm thinking the card would have been mailed the day the card was reported lost. I was hoping that it wouldn't take 14 days for me to receive a new card.
