I have applied for a BSNL broadband 8Mbps speed connection. I paid on 27/08/2015. Customer ID: 4022609230. Based on my request BB connection is provided. But the speed is very low. I am getting 250-900Kbps speed only. After getting connection only I know that in my location 8Mbps speed broadband is not available. Why did they process my request?Why they given false statement that you will get 8Mbps speed. To continue my business I need 8Mpbs speed.

I am holding a Bsnl landline number ( 04542 – 242964). My broad Band is not working since Thursday. I launched a complaint on Friday ( Docket Number is 112839183962)and I received a SMS stating as it was resolved. But still my Broadband was not working. Again I launched a complaint yesterday ( Docket Number : 11284613704)and I received a SMS stating as it was resolved. But still my Broadband was not working. Again I launched a complaint Today ( Docket Number : 112848014522)And immediately I received a SMS stating as it was resolved. But still my Broadband was not working. Sir, My BSNL Landline number 0431-2318921. My Account number is 9022455151. I paid my November' 2014 bill payment of Rs 1221 on 27. 11.2014 itself by our bank (BHE EMP. CO-Op. Bank, Trichy-14) through ECS. But to my surprise, in the December' 2014 bill which I received two days before shows that the payment for November'2014 bill is still pending and that amount is added in the December 2014 bill. Kindly resolve this. As the payment is made through ECS by our bank, there is a possibility of in advertant payment for November 2014 second time.

Dear sir. My mobile number is 9365815229, denomination number is 66675051718,value of rupees 135, date of registration is 21/10/2014 at 11:44 am and up to this time there is no activation, no refund, no communication between others. No Response from customer service person. Is it a government portal? If government do such activities where I have to complaint in? BSNL service is VERY VERY POOR RESPONSE. This attempt is not new one for me this is my fourth attempt. Rectify it soon otherwise we will meet and solve our problem through consumer court, which makes mental agony and communication gap between my kith and kin.
