I am facing a problem of not getting Internet connection on my Wi-Fi connection. My no.is 2066077222. Today morning when I registered complaint, (Complaint number is 384054063 registered on 12th October 13, I was told that my services will be activated by 11:00 am. Now it is 4:00 clock in the evening nobody even bother to respond. I tried several times on 121, but just getting the recorded tape. I am fade up by listening tape that 'customer is valuable for TATA Docomo'. Hopeless and a very wrong message. TATA Docomo not at all value their customers. I do not know when my services will be restored. It is confirmed that there is number issue with any of my bill payment. Then why such a hopless treatment with old customers ? The service Engineer nominated for this area (I am purposefully not putting his name here, but I can give that, if required) is not picking up the phone even after several tries. Can TATA Docomo respond to this complaint ?
