I had recently paid for three years subscrption for SFTV and TV Show, but it didn't work at all. No body on line, what can I do ?

When I click on the film in TV Show, it always return to the LOGO. When I click on SFTV. It is shown on TV : my period of viewing is finished. It ask me to charge the credit, or ask me the autorization prepaid card number. I didn't had the Number, I only got the bill of the suscripton of three years 129 us Dollars.

I am in Sydney. We have an error to say 'User Does Not Exist'This is the second time to see the problem. As directed by customer service before, I did two things to solve the problem. I cut off the power and restarted the TVPad, and removed the TF card and inserted it again, but both did not work this time.
