My jadoo three box is not working and message saying that "this box is not registered" when I contacted support they mentioned that this box is no longer supported. This is a incorrect statement as my friend who lives in the same city as me with a Jadoo two box is working fine. The tactics you are deploying for customers to buy your new box is unacceptable and not ethical, there was no mention to me when I was purchasing the box that it will be discontinued after X years. I certainly do not appreciate this kind of forced selling and very upset. Very Very bad service on Jadoo's part.

Hello Sir/madam, I am a Jadoo three customer since 2014 and recently I am having problem of freezing Nepali and Bangla channels. I had contact New Zealand based technical team for many times, but finally they blamed my Internet Service Provider and I also rang my Internet Provider and explained every thing. They told me every thing that they can see there is working fine, but still I am having issue with Jadoo three box. Further more, I still got warranty for that box and I had send many emails to New Zealand based team asking them I want to swap the box or else upgrade the box to jadoo four, but they said I can not do that too. This time I want to know whether I am allowed to swap while I am still under warranty or not and if I am allowed to swap it than why they did not allow me. Waiting to hear from you as soon as possible. Thank youGuman Kadariya New Zealand.
