Broadband internet service is not working at landline number 0161-2300920 since 20th Dec 2014. There is lot of disturbance in the phone. No response to repeated automatic complaints at 1500 with same docket number and recorded voice message that work is still in progress. In past also, broad band was working at its own will with very frequent disconnections, slow speed and many times no internet service for days together. Kindly resolve the problem permanently at the earliest so that we are not forced to consider the alternative broadband services available instead of BSNL.

We have given an application to close our Wimax in Barewal account number is 175791432. Our bill amount (RS 2678) is pending for the month of June, where as our security rupees 2999 is their against BSNL. Only when we gave the application. And no bill is pending after June as BSNL has accept our application from the same date of June, 2014. And the Wimax is not running from June in BSNL account.
We are not payable as our security rupees 2999 is deposited. We have excess rupees 321, refundable towards BSNL.
Which will be refund as soon as we refund the anteena to BSNL?
But despite several calls to the concerned person for collecting the antenna and so on there is no response till now.
