Hello,

My husband and I are long time fans on your product. We always buy the ten pack Wine brick cartons. I went to the store and got three bricks of cigars, and after opening them one of the three bricks only had seven cigar packs inside. The carton was fully sealed so it was quite strange. Here is a picture of the carton and the SKU. Maybe I was not the only one who had this happen. It was very disappointing. Any insight would be great. Thank you for your time.

Hello. My name is Janice Henry I have been smoking Black and Mild for 12 years since I stop smoking cigarettes and I had the worst experience. I was in Helena W. Helena AR and stopped at Jordans 27 on Hwy 49 to purchase a box of Black and Mild the clerk said $7. 72 and I noticed the plastic was off the box and I proceeded to open them and the individual cigar had. 79 on them I told the clerk you cannot sell these in the box they are. 79 a piece. So we went back and forth and I finally said I didn't want them because she told me she can sell them like that. I am 52 yrs old I have been smoking a long time I know better than that. Thanks.

I buy two to three packs of Black and Mild Cream cigars everyday. But I'm getting tired of getting one or two cigars a day that is not full of tobacco. I have been buying them for years and the cigars I throw away because there not smokable adds up. Love your cigars, but this is getting old. Two bad cigars out of one pack the night. I recently bought a pack of blacknmild plastic tip wine cigars and they where all kind of opened when the glue should stick to keep the cigar in tact. I tried going back to the store, but they said contact the manufacturer. I'm not to happy about this. I'm not sure what was in my Black and Mild when I tried to smoke it I will upload the pictures for you I will give y'all a chance to fix this problem before I contact my lawyer when I lit the Black and Mild it smelled weird and would not burn right it felt hard so I opened the Black and Mild up only to find a hard brown thing this is nothing safe.

My name is George l Ragland, I was recently sent a birthday coupon for Black and Mild cigars. I went to krausers on George s rd north Brunswick, I purchase you product from them every two days or so, they told me they do not take the coupons. If they sell your product, then why do not they honor the coupons. I find that to be unfair. The proprietor told me to go to walmart or somewhere else. Is this acceptable? they shouldn't sell your product if they do not except the coupon. Why?.

I have been smoking black and mild products for over ten years and the last year the quality control has been horrible. i am constantly getting cigars that have pin holes in them and you cant get a drag, or cigars packed so loose you eat tobacco upon inhale, or they are packed so stiff you cant pull a drag, they are rock hard. there are only five in a box, and when you spend over 7. 00 dollars for a pack in my state, it's pretty damn frustrating to have to throw one away every other pack. i am looking for a better product. any suggestions anyone? this is ridiculous.
