I am so sorry to inform you that due to fault of your department I am getting mentally harassed. I have submitted my application for disconnection of my Land line no 07752-248450 on 23/06/2015 at 03:45 PM due to poor functioning of your Broadband services, but neither my line had been disconnected nor your services has been improved. No one from your department has taken any interest to see the problem facing by me. Now every month I am getting your monthly bill accumulated up to rupees 2639. 00 unnecessarily without using any phone. Now my Land line has been disconnected due to heavy rain and wire is fallen down )By Grace of God) please send your people to collect the wire. I will not pay a single amount to you as I have not used this number due to dysfunction of Broadband Services. PL instruct your billing department not to send me any bill further and write off rupees 2639. 00 the amount wrongly debited by You.

my land line # is 07752-220123, i lodge a complaint # 1011505434 on 10-05-13, till today problem is not solved, early in the morning at 00.31 Hr, then 00.39 Hrs, then 04.21 Hrs. and finally at 09.31 Hrs. i received total four massages regarding my complaint is solved, but still my above land line number is dead, how you people are repair the land line numbers, whether i have to pay bribe to any authority, or any anther way by which i can get repaired my number,let me inform, other wise i'll lodge a civil suit over your authority/s.
