Dear sir, I have received a mail that statement of my credit card No. 5239 5105 0050 0004 sent on 25/01/2016 through Blue Dart Courier vide AWB No. 44215667506 has been delievered on 27/01/2016 to Shri. Rajendra., , but to my great surprise that Shri. Rajendra has NOT received the above courier. In the previous month also the same thing happend the statement sent through Blue Dart Couriers are not delievered at the address and they without delievering the same write that it has been delievered. Shall request you to please take necessary action against the Blue Dart Courier and ask then to show the signature taken on delievery note, Thanking you for the same and hope to know about the action taken by you against the Blue Dart Courier.
