I purchased on line Micromax Joy X 1800 One plus One B 5309558 IMEI : 911451903518820 on October 21, 2015 for giving to my servant on 25th December, 2015. When the packet was opened on December 25, 2015 and one battery was plaugged in for charging, as per instructions. Shockingly the display screen started showing "Battery Error" as a result it was not charging. Then I took out the second battery and plugged in for charging, but met the same fate. I got confirmation mail of my order, but do not get SMS on my mobile number Or tracking number even after 35 hours. Actually I want the product at the earliest because I want to go outside soon. I contacted your customer care executives many times on 09024666666,, but I got only assurance to deliver the item in time. I do not receive the tracking number or any e-mail from their side. I mailed through your web site also,, but I feel very poor customer care service. Other online web sites deliver tracking number and other related SMS and mails just after one hour of order. Please do the needful. Awaiting your co-operation and quick action in this regard.

I had ordered a perfume, and paid in advance which never got delivered. After several mails and telephone calls, they still don’t have any information. India times shopping customer care are one of the most ridiculous customer care. The executives don’t have any information nor have even authority to transfer the call to their managers. They are thief’s who take money and don’t deliver. I will be registering a FIR for fraud against them.

On 9th January received call and SMS from Indiatimes shopping that order is being cancelled due to nonavailability of chosen items. It is surprising to see that product was available at the time of booking, but out of stock after nine days. Till date ie on 28/1/2015 have not received my Gift Vouchers though have called/ Emails repeatedly in customer care.
