I personally visited your Chennai office and requested them to send a mechanic for replacing the health faucet in my residence and attend to few other small works like leakage etc. The request was made on 18th of January 2015 with an assurance that it will be attended to before Saturday 24th. I have raised a complaint on Monday (19-01-2015) as my health faucet pressing handle is broken and the complaint number is 038985. They replied back as they will address this issue in another 48 hours. Till now no one contacted us and just now received and SMS as the ticket was closed as the issue is resolved. Without coming to my home or not even enquirer by any service man as whats the issue how this issue is resolved may I know how is it possible. Eagerly waiting for the reply to know.
