I have purchased San Frissco Black Shoes order number 1063572 4415818 6832601. The quality of this product is really very bad. Its not of leather. The shoe sole has come out within one month of use. The shoe upper is showing tearing as it is not leather and whatever item has been used is of very low quality. When I was going to check out the discount was changed to 40%, this is simply not done, where you give your customer misleading information. my order number is796025;i hve send my goods back at yut Mumbai address on saturday , but till the time you hvent credited my cliam amount in my accoint, the courier is reached at yur office on monday hence 30 of sep,13, i wnt to give order of shoes so kindly credit my cliam amount alongwith courier charge as soon as possible and do conform me by sms/mail..

i placed an order for redtape shoe item code:119100(size 9).I opted for COD mode for payment.Subsequently no order number was generated.I called up customer care for confirmation of order immediately , but even they failed to confirm my order saying that my particular size was probably out of stock and that orders were not taken over phone due to technical problems.
i realized that i ended up wasting 30 minutes in the entire process. moreover the customer care number myntra claims to be toll free is not actually so.
i would appreciate if myntra team actually assists me in buying the product i missed out on and improve their services. i may be contacted on tel: 09810376756 or 09958861938.
