I placed an order (order number 10888593) for JBL earphones on December 12, 2014 and it was mentioned on your website that the product would be delivered in 1-2 days. Even if I count only working days it should have got delivered by December 15, 2014. But guess what the status says "DISPATCH AWAITED". Now what does it mean i have no idea. I spoke to your cluless and useless customer care executive who were not at all apologetic for delaying my product. I had ordered this for my from birthday which was yesterday and the product is still not dispatched. When I asked the executive to transfer the call to her supervisor she said everyone has gone for lunch and no one is available on the floor. Now what kind of a call center are you running I seriously doubt. This is a good way to ruin your organization. Good job folks. Keep it up. The day is not far when you all will be jobless and this company will be closed.

I contacted to Rediff shop customer care many times, but they said it will solve within 24 hours or 48 hours. Just only one call came from Rediff shop on 28.10.2014. They said to me, the vendors are not received your product, ask to the courier office. After i contacted the courier office, they said to me, it was delivered on 15.09.2014. I informed this message to Rediff shop customer care by mail and phone call. But till now no response from Rediff shop customer care. Maybe 48 days, I am fighting with Rediff shop.
