I bought Saregama carvan brown a month back and since then it is the second time the battery is not getting charged. Once the same was replaced. But new one also was not getting charged. Second complaint was registered on 12th December and till date it is not attended. The serial number is CR07183011308773. If in the first month itself the product stops working for two times, I really suspect the quality. I need a replace.
