I am using photon Plus datacard vide no 9225402443(ACCOUNT number 9777780682). the coonection is post paid and i have no o/s till today. For upgradation of my photon wnen i clicked activation the system is demanding OTA password. I do not have any such password. please help me out as the Datacard is not working though it is showing signals, but while connecting it is completing steps till authentication and later the datacard gets disconnected. I have used Photon Plus(918101067) and I lost it last month. I didnot pay Last month bill and I got a call from TATA Photon Customer care people for payment of bill. I explained them the issue that I lost my Photon, they asked me to pay the bill for current month and they said I will not get bill from next month . Now Again I got bill for Rs.1039, Can you please let me know why I got bill again.

hey useless service provider ... what is this is this the way that the providing a service to the customers? I have taken a TATA photon plus broadband connection by paying Rs.2383/- and I have done nothing since two months. If I want to know the reason for not working by calling to 1800-266-121 which is customer care number its asking TATA photon number that you have taken from the tata. Then I entered the number and the replay was not valid then I entered again and again the was been same no valid, It means what number should I enter to solution I almost fed up in trying to get solution.
