the lady i spoke to helped me and said the swop is done. I can put my phone on this morning. Now it wont even let me call the call centre. Please assist urgently.

Why did i receive a message today when buying IGB data to state that the bundle would expire on 27/6/2018 when new legislation dictates that, as from 06/06/2018, data bundles no longer expire and any unused data is carried forward to the next month. Please advise and please correct this so that any unused data is carried over into next month, or i will report this infingement.
