At 11:40 today, 22 Jan, I called for TV technical service. I told the person the Green light on the cable box was ON and the Red light on my TV was ON. He told me three times that the Red light meant the TV was OFF I asked to speak with someone who knew what they were talking about. I was told to call back and was disconnected. I call this customer dis-service. He insisted that my TV ON light would be Green or Blue. We have had two Panasonic TVs for many years and there is only one power on light, and that is Red for both TVs.

I called Rogers chat line to let them know that l’ve moved into a building that has free Roger’s Cable. I got the third degrees. I felt like a criminal teying to prove that l won’t steal there chesp rentsl box. My Landlord told me just call and let Roger’s know the building is a “bulk building and I’m supposed to get the box free. There customer service was horrible. They hung up on me twice. No one is accountable there. That’s why there’s so mich lay offs. I felt discriminated and treated unfairly bu Rogers so called “customer care. I have a signed lease that says cable is included free of charge. They are so mean spirited. This is wrong. I’m going to post this on social media. Sad tenant.
