This was my first time experience in on Dot Courier, but this was a very very bad experience. The 1st thing was that it was very late and 2ndly the customer care people was ill responsible and was not a bit hospitable. The customer care in Patna that girl was disgusting they just pick the call and without confirming or listing our problem she cut the call and again wen i redial the number she was not picking. What kind of services she is providing she is for solving peoples problem, but in-place of solving she is increasing. And lastly please insert correct and answerable number on internet. And till now my courier is not back i send it on January 29 it cant be delivered, but till now 21st February it is not back to me. From Raxaul.

My last experience was bit sour as my parents has couriered a shipment with one of your services name On Dot courier services. As per confirmation of your customer care my shipment is lost some where in Delhi. It contains my debit card for which i have paid Rs. 200 to bank, along with the charges my parents paid to courier the shipment from Siliguri to Mumbai. Kindly reimburse my amount ASAP. I sent a courier from Kanpur to Kolkata on monday 3rd of November 2014. The Docket number is 630943596. Even after five days it has not been delivered. The tracker shows that it was forwarded to Kolkata on 4th of November at around 11:00 pm. If it actually was, how can the courier has not been received even after three days. I called the Kolkata office today (somehow somebody received the call after calling for two days) and they said they have not received any such courier. The contact number given on your website for your Delhi Head Office is nothing, but a joke as none really bothers to answer it. (P. S. I have been calling persistently on 6th and 7th of November, but all in vain). If this is your service to the metro cities. I wonder what your service would be to other cities of this country.
