Myself Ankit Jain (Borivali east), Mumbai had purchased 12 Mitsubishi five star AC on recommendation of Mr. Shivpoojan. H. Rai(Manager of Mitsubishi Electric)5 months ago. For the installation the work was handover to Mr. Dharmesh Bhai(Mitsubishi Distributor, Bonafied HVAC). Because of the wrong sizes by 12 inches given by him we suffered a loss of 30, 000 in POP work. After taking lot chase towards bonafied company, no one came to assist or demonstrate as well as the response was displeasing which harassed us a lot.

Bought 1. five ton mitsubushi account from dealer in ahmedabad fineair conditioning Pvt. ltd, located at Gurukul, ahmebabad, invoice 217, supplier reference : FA/217 dated 5/7/2013 vide Rs. 39500. 00

since two months i have complained to the toll free number lodge my complain that the compressor is not working and its in warranty period of five years, no one is respinding to my complains, service engineer talked to me, but he did not turn up, the AC is placed in my pathology lab where are reagents are kept and machines are kept which are to be kept in 23 to 25 degree, since the air condition is not working i have a lose of reagents which i need compensation from your end, I also have breakdown of lab machines due to non functioning of the AC, which i need compensation also. Request you to please take action from your end at the earliest before I approach to consumer protection act.

During driving my car Lancer suddenly I heard a noise, when I checked it came from back side boot space, on opening the cover of back side boot space it was very tight and dropping by itself. I took it to nearest motor mechanic and he checked and shown me that one metal rod holding the cover of back side boot space is broken. There was hardly anything in this boot space other and additional speaker. I was very sure about the good quality of Mitsubishi so I bought it, but strange to see such failure.
