I would like to follow up on the request to release a portion of money on my account which was hold due to resignation. For your reference, I requested the release in the mid of August 2018 and is still waiting up to this moment. I called yesterday and the bank telephone operator insisted for me to create an E-pin before they can assist me. I tried creating the said PIN and repeatedly punched in my debit card number the system is not accepting eventhough I got verification from three different bank operator. I am writing with regards to my auto loan closer )Loan Account number - 14642483) which has not been handled professionally and after three months I am still struggling with the RTA clearance. I called up your call a couple of time however they promised me a call back, but no one has called and my Auto loan is active in RTA. It shows my car is still mortgaged with Adib. I settled the loan in Dubai mall branch where it was handled very badly and unprofessionally. Unfortunately the officer there has no knowledge of bank policies or products. None of the staff had an idea of closing the auto loan. I am extremely unhappy with the service of the bank. I request you to kindly call me on my mobile and close the matter as soon as possible. Other I will be forced to write to central bank and gulf news for the same.

I made complaint regarding my takaful charges on January. After that i received a call from saima naveed, complaint dept)saima. Naveed@Adib) and already resolved by saying that it will credit back into you account within 2-3 working days. But still not credited yet even she did not pick the office number and and did not reply on my email Id. Now tell me what should i do ? Adib should terminate that girls immediately. Everyday i calling to customer care and they marked the mail on higher priority then also she did not reply me so Now i am completely take action on saima naveed.

I have requested for the liability letter since 3rd March and till now i haven't yet received any call or update till now. Last call i have received from them on 06-03-2016 from 02-4991460 and requested for the offer letter from the another bank which i have sent already to her mail ID by next day. I have sent on mariam. (ADCO PO Box 270 Abu Dhabi)He had done a transaction with Amazon on August 31st and due to communication error, the package is not received and the refund has been initiated by the company. Is it possible to cancel this refund which is initiated from amazon? Kindly revoke this refund and my father would like if the package was delivered. Further this was part of a transaction he did for a certain Cashback offer. If this cancellation is accepted even the transactions he did for acquiring the Cashback is a waste for him and he will be in a bad state. Can the bank please do something soon as this refund was initiated yesterday and it should be cancelled soon. Kindly revert to me as soon as possible. For more than seven moths your bank was withdraw fees banality 25 AED each month. No message was sent or phone call or statements indicate your process. I received a confirmation from the bank 'mentioning that i have Successfully registered for the 10% cash back offer'. Tonight I tried to take cash from ATM in Kuta, Bali, Indonesia. I took 422. 18 AED twice from my card and then my card was blocked. I wanted to take all my amount (3977. 27 AED), but local ATM can not give you big amount - they have limit. I have called twice to your customer service to fix this issue. I applied for liability letter on February four 2015, intil now I didn't get the letter, I do not know what happening, I called many times to customer care they are telling it will send to the particular department and will call,, but nothing happned, when I go the branch where I applied they are telling it has to approve from Abudhabi and they cannot help, what is this this type irresponsible response i never had from any bank, its one month now, what I need to do? I had paid all the balance amount of my Car loan, and waiting for the clearance letter from Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (Adib) since December 14 th 2014, and until now (December 23), I haven’t received it.
