I am highly upset, I have spoken to two different people regarding my final exam, both have told me they would contact me the same day and never have. I have taken the Final exam eight times, four of which I passed, and each time it is either showing up I failed, it would auto complete my questions, or just stay on a blank screen. I need someone to contact me right away as I have wasted enough time on this already. This waiting game you guys have going on is costing me my job. It is unfair that your system is messed up because according to the representative I spoke to he said the system has been marking right answers wrong. Not my fault. I need a call back today. The modules that I'm working on keep either going entirely blank besides the navigation buttons or once I finish a module, it does not allow me to continue to the next module. It says that the module is locked until I finish the current one. I even checked to make sure I didn't miss anything by going through all of the material in 2-E Negotiation for the Alabama Pre-Licensing course and it still didn't work. I only have specific hours to work on the material, so this situation is becoming a very inconvenient issue. Please reach out to me in regards to fixing this problem at your earliest convenience as I am eager to obtain my Alabama Adjuster's license.
